Public
Radio formed in late 2003 when Jeremy Hadden
joined Hart Gibson and Chip Booth to "get
together and try to play some
bluegrass". They quickly realized
the chemistry was good and decided to put
other projects on hold and concentrate on making
some great mountain music. Combining traditional influences
with the ideas of modern pioneers, folk
music, and cowboy western they have created a
sound unique to themselves but instantly
recognizable to most anyone.
Based in
Idaho's scenic Wood River Valley, near the ski
resort of Sun
Valley, Public Radio has many
opportunities to play and travel. The
band keeps busy in the summers performing at
festivals, clubs, galleries, parties and weddings
around the Valley. They continue to hone
their individual skills and grow as a band. |
